Can I integrate Symapsis with other software?
Symapsis has a provided API that gives access to your data along with being able to modify currently existing data. This API is only available with any Small Business or Enterprise subscription of any Symapsis software package.
Can I purchase two different software packages under two different tiers?
If you are buying multiple software packages, all of them must be purchased under the same tier. For example, if you purchase Symapsis Production Professional, you can’t purchase Symapsis Design or Symapsis Machining under another tier.
Can a custom solution be provided for our production line?
Even with the provided out-of-the-box solutions that Symapsis offers, there may be some missing requirements that are needed for your production shop. To fulfill your needs, we provide services for developing customized solutions.
These customized solutions are only offered for Enterprise subscriptions.
Are there currently existing software that Symapsis integrates with?
We are constantly working to provide various integrations to better enable companies to streamline their processes through the use of our software.

Is there an on-site hosted solution available?
Symapsis was designed to be a versatile, dynamic solution that gives customers customizability with provided services. To address concerns, such as when the cloud is not accessible, we are currently working on a solution to allow local hosting to be allowed.
Is customer support available for Symapsis?
For the Professional and Small Business subscriptions of Symapsis, the Symapsis Community forum is available for users to ask questions and get updates on the latest changes to Symapsis.
For dedicated, 24/7 customer support, the Enterprise tier subscription is available for Symapsis.
Are updates free for Symapsis?
Updates will always be provided for free for all subscription tiers.
Can I change subscription tiers after purchasing the software?
It is possible to change subscription tiers. However, if you purchased one tier and decided to upgrade to a tier above your current subscription, you would pay the difference between your current tier and the upgraded tier.
If you decide to downgrade your tier, you have 30 days to downgrade to a lower tier to receive a refund on the difference between your current tier and the lower tier. After the 30 days, you will not be eligible to receive a refund on the difference.
The refund is a courtesy rather than a rule. It is up to our discretion whether to provide the refund.
